The radish is an edible root vegetable that was domesticated in Europe in pre-Roman times. It's generally used as a garnish or salad ingredient because of its mild-to-peppery flavor and unique red-and-white coloration. The greens can be eat as a salad green or even used in a pesto for a bit of bite.

Keep refrigerated. Remove greens and keep sepeartely from radishes. Sotre greens as you would any other bunched green. Store the radishes in a in a glass container or produce wrap to limit exposure to air and excess moisture. Will keep up to 14 days.
