Innovative and forward looking, these farmers extend their growing season with high tunnels, and combine old and new techniques to responsibly and productively farm their land.
Wash and dry your cucumbers, you'll want to make sure they're clean before storing them. Once dry, wrap the cukes in a clean dish towel or paper towel—this will help keep any condensation or humidity at bay when you store them, which helps prevent sogginess, mold, and overall deterioration. Put the wrapped cukes in a bag, a bit of airflow is good and store in the fridge (not the coldest part!).
