Greg Johnsman has had milling on his mind since childhood. Taught by 3rd generation miller Jack Brock, Greg developed a deep respect for the craft early on. After studying poultry science at Clemson and working in agriculture, he rediscovered his love for milling when he found a 1945 mill in Saluda, SC.
