This 26 oz bag makes approximately 26 gluten-free 4" sunflower pancakes. Just add egg and milk and cook for about 2 minute on each side on a griddle or pan. Enjoy them plain or with your favorite added ingredient. Mix can also be used to make waffles.

Sunflower flour, partially defatted, rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour. Whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2)), granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda.
