Crisp Microgreens
Crisp Microgreens is a New Jersey local sustainable urban farm growing microgreens vertically and hydroponically. Because Crisp does not use soil, the produce is grown with out the use of pesticides or herbicides. Microgreens are harvested just after the sprout stage of the vegetable and before the baby stage. This stage is the Micro Stage. In this stage the vegetables are the most flavorful and the most nutritious. About 40 times more nutritious than their adult stage that we are all accustomed to eating.
