Founded in 2013, by Carlos and Laurissa Cardenas, their family history can be traced back to the La Rioja region in Northern Spain and Ventimiglia, Sicily. They grew up with big family meals and a love of great traditional foods from their native countries. The Cardenas Oil & Vinegar Taproom is their way of sharing the traditions and products that they love and have grown up with, coupled with some new world culinary delights that they have found along the way!
